Tiger Woods is set to make his return to competitive golf at the Hero World Challenge on Dec. 1, he announced Wednesday.

Woods hasn't played competitively since The 150th Open at St. Andrews back in July.

It's shaping up to be a busy month for Tiger, who's also scheduled to play in The Match on Dec. 10 with Rory McIlroy against Justin Thomas and Jordan Spieth and at the PNC Championship with his son Charlie from Dec. 18-19.


Woods has previously stated that he would be very selective in which events he plays moving forward since he nearly lost his right leg in a car accident in February 2021.
